Job Summary (List Format): UX Content Manager (Contractor) at Randstad
- Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of user-centered content for consumer-facing digital experiences
- Collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure content meets user needs and business goals
- Deliver high-quality UX content at scale within a regulated environment
- Develop intuitive, streamlined user journeys to drive engagement and support key business KPIs
- Write and optimize UX copy for buttons, form labels, help text, tooltips, alerts, error messages, headlines, summaries, and short-form content
- Ensure content is clear, compliant, and aligns with brand standards
- Apply insights from user research, analytics, search behavior, and market trends to improve content
- Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting content decisions to stakeholders
- Utilize knowledge of web publishing, CMS workflows, responsive design, information architecture, usability, and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript concepts
- Work hands-on within digital product teams, collaborating with designers, developers, product managers, and analysts
- Support content needs for both web and mobile app experiences, preferably within regulated industries
- (Preferred) Apply content strategy, operations, or system management experience, ideally within Agile/Scrum environments and design systems such as Figma
