Job description

Job Description Our client is seeking very experienced UX Writers / UX Content Designers to support new product development initiatives within our the company. These roles are critical to building acquisition-focused digital experiences that guide members through quoting, applying, and enrolling in financial products. This is not a marketing copywriter role.

You will work at the intersection of UX writing, content design, and page configuration, partnering closely with designers to write, structure, and build web pages and acquisition flows inside Figma and AEM. You won't just write the words - you will help construct the experience. Overview Write and design UX content for acquisition and quote/application flows Define page requirements and lay out pages in Figma Work within a design system to configure components and edit content at the layer level Build and publish pages within AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Partner closely with designers - in this model, the writer and designer functions overlap Create storefront and landing page experiences that educate members and drive them toward action Ensure accessibility, clarity, and usability throughout the experience What This Role Is NOT Not marketing campaign copy Not brand or advertising writing Not social, email, or asset copywriting This is true UX writing and content design focused on usability, flow, and member experience within product acquisition.

Required Qualifications UX Writing Certificate Portfolio required (writing style + examples of UX flows and page work) Strong experience in UX writing for web-based product experiences, specifically sales & service. Advanced proficiency in Figma (must be able to edit designs, configure components, and work within layers) Experience building pages in AEM Experience working within a design system Understanding of acquisition flows (Get a Quote, Apply Now, Product Sign-Up) Accessibility knowledge and best practices Familiarity with AI prompting tools for content efficiency Financial services a plus, and experience in large, complex organizations
