Our team designs, develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions.
Job overview and responsibilities
This position plays a critical role in crafting seamless, user-centric experiences for our digital platforms and is responsible for understanding user needs, translating those insights into actionable designs, and working collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong balance of creative design skills, technical knowledge, and user empathy, ensuring our products and services resonate deeply with our users while achieving business objectives.
  • Strategic UX Design:
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactions, that address user pain points and deliver measurable improvements in functionality and satisfaction
    • Ensure designs align with user-centered design principles, compliance standards, and accessibility requirements and are optimized for all devices and viewports (responsive/adaptive, desktop, tablet, mobile).
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure design consistency with corporate branding and across enterprise-level applications and platforms.
    • Take ownership of, and partner with UX copywriting for, microcopy across all user touchpoints, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand alignment while enhancing the overall user experience.
    • Help ensure design systems are scalable and valuable.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Testing and Continuous Improvement:
    • Collaborate with UX research on, and develop prototypes for, studies to evaluate and validate design effectiveness.
    • Identify challenges and solutions to address them.
    • Iterate on designs, ensuring continuous improvement of user experiences.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Apply your curiosity, asking the right questions and more to uncover key information.
    • Collaborate with product management, research, visual design, engineering, and stakeholders.
    • Clearly articulate design choices and rationale.
    • Prepare detailed design specifications, style guides, and interaction documentation alongside manager
    • Work closely with developers during implementation and testing to maintain design fidelity and resolve any technical challenges.
    • Contribute to the team by giving and soliciting constructive feedback and knowledge.
  • User Research and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with UX research to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
    • Assist in the development of personas, user journeys, and other research artifacts to ensure alignment between user needs and business goals.

Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • 1+ years working in a digital design role in a cross-functional team environment to produce effective results.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, UX heuristics, and cross-platform design strategies.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including but not limited to Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie, Framer, or similar.
  • Synthesize user and stakeholder feedback, research into actionable design decisions
  • Identify opportunities and justify recommendations with research and inspiration
  • Rapidly generate and iterate on ideas
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, content strategy, and basic copywriting principles, particularly focused on UX writing
  • Proficient with creating and maintaining design systems
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG AA) and inclusive design practices.
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design feasibility.
  • Experience working within agile development environments or iterative workflows.
  • Scope and prioritize work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
