Maintain cleanliness of assigned area. Operate tools andequipment as trained. Clean assigned area as instructed. Move furniture,rearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment. Stock and maintain parlevels of supplies in all porter closets. Clean walls, ceilings andvents. Familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals andelectrical equipment used within the department. Perform other relatedduties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum age requirement is 21. Knowledge of the processes ofmaintaining and caring for all types of flooring; Vinyl flooring,Concrete, Stamped concrete, Carpeted flooring and Marble flooring.Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive and courteousmanner. Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents. Ability tooperate specialty equipment such as Scrubber, walk behind and ride on.Variable speed buffer, Carpet extractor and Scissor lift. Must havevalid Nevada driver's license.
