About Us
Terra CPS provides full-service exterior maintenance for retail and commercial properties. We keep shopping centers, office parks, and commercial sites clean, safe, and welcoming through sweeping, landscaping, pressure washing, and portering services.
Job Summary
We’re hiring a Porter to keep client properties looking their best. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our client properties. Ensuring the properties are clean and items that need extra attention are resolved in a quick manner. This person will be the guardian for the properties they are assigned.
Responsibilities
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of trash properly.
  • Operate light equipment like back pack blowers and manual trash grabbers and brooms.
  • Document service completion and report property issues (lights out, potholes, dumping, etc.).
  • Follow company safety rules and traffic laws.
  • Properly use company apps and systems to document progress.
  • Keep beds and landscaping free of debris.
  • Take large items that have been dumped illegally to the proper disposal location.
  • Work at two-three locations on a daily basis.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record (CDL not required but a plus).
  • Prior sweeper truck, equipment, or commercial driving experience preferred.
  • Able to work independently as well as working with a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Early Shift : 6:00AM – 3:00 PM
