Job description

Job Overview:
Primoris Services Corporation is a leading provider of critical infrastructure services to the utility, energy, and renewables markets throughout the United States and Canada.
Q3 Contracting (Q3C), a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides both specific and turnkey services for its customers in the gas, oil, electric and telecommunications industry. We are headquartered in Minnesota, with branch offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
We are actively hiring laborers specializing in underground dry utility at Q3 Contracting Inc. This position will be based out of our Commerce City office. This position will require frequent travel throughout the Denver Metro Area. Q3 Contracting Inc., is a stable and rapidly growing contract construction company serving the utility distribution industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean job sites, remove debris, backfill trenches, and tamp soil
  • Dig trenches and pits manually or with equipment
  • Assist with installation support
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
  • Signal equipment operators and participate in daily safety briefings

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working experience in construction, or the utility distribution industry preferred, but not required.
  • CDL is highly preferred, with endorsements.

Job Requirements:
  • Driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to drive on a stop and start basis daily and continually.
  • Must be dependable, willing, and able to perform physically demanding work in the elements.
  • Ability to lift and place materials
  • Possess the physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, turn, stoop, kneel, crawl, reach, crouch, speak, and hear.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a daily and continual basis.
  • Close vision is required for some functions and distance, and peripheral vision is required for safety.
  • Must be able to pass drug-screen and background check.

Compensation and Benefits:
