Role Description

The Director of Accounting will lead the financial operations , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and sound financial management. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, managing financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights for strategic decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Onley, VA.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting

  • Certified Public Accounting (CPA) credential

  • Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance principles

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

  • Prior leadership or management experience in accounting or financial roles

  • Knowledge of accounting software and strong technical acumen

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
