(MBA CSi) is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the Vice President of Engineering Systems supporting the United States Postal Service (USPS). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting executive leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a complex executive calendar and prioritize competing schedules
  • Coordinate meetings with executive leadership, technical teams, and stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive correspondence
  • Arrange executive travel, process expense reports, and manage logistics
  • Screen calls, manage executive email, and track action items
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support office operations, team coordination, and administrative projects
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve problems
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant experience
  • Experience supporting VP-level or senior executives
