The Central Marketing Operations team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications
and automated messaging for Apple’s media products and services, including Apple TV, Music,
Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One. The team is responsible for developing and implementing day-to-day operational workflows and messaging, to develop and launch
multichannel customer communications. Ultimately driving awareness of and engagement with
Apple products and services.
The Apple Central Marketing Operations team is seeking a self-motivated and curious quality
professional who will take accountability for the overall quality of our customer-facing
solutions. This role will work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to execute and drive
quality across the operational workflows of Central Marketing. Validation of features and
customer messaging will be the core responsibility utilizing industry leading practices. If you

Description
The ideal candidate will bring experience in online services (SAAS), testing on mobile devices,
and is comfortable with leading validation of complex cross-functional initiatives across a highly
matrixed organization. The ideal candidate can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and
collaborate effectively with our Business and Engineering partners. The candidate will blend the
traditional validation practices with machine learning evaluation, test data pipelines, and
innovative prompt engineering using the organization AI models. This role requires a highly
motivated professional who is meticulous and passionate about growing Apple Services.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders including Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and
Product Management, working on campaigns and marketing journeys.
• Develop test strategy, test plan, test cases, and test scripts - providing a high level of test
coverage across existing functionalities and new features.
• Perform testing of on-device experiences for users on a wide range of mobile platforms.
• Lead identification of key opportunities of improvement in project delivery, operational
efficiency, process optimization, and product tooling.
• Design and build strategy, tools, and solutions for End to End testing across mobile, web,
and API based systems.
• Develop best of class frameworks and practices - to drive data driven optimizations
across the validation and delivery workflows through AI/ML utilization.
• Participate in conceptualizing and implementing process optimization and quality
improvement initiatives across the delivery lifecycle.
• Build presentations with strong story telling to help align partner teams on new ideas to
solve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with testing activities across the entire lifecycle of the project from inception to delivery.
You’ve worked closely with in-house QA/UAT teams to resolve bugs and actively contribute to operations planning, retrospectives, and release readiness.
Ability to develop strategy, tools and solutions for efficiency of test coverage for End to End scenarios.
Hands-on experience with Python, Selenium, and JavaScript (Node.JS) to automate testing is preferred.
Highly organized, disciplined, and methodical when approaching testing with the ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced, start-up environment with the curiosity to develop ways to improve the UAT/QA process.
Innovative and Resourceful to drive meaningful results across the team.
Ability to work well on a team and drive influence across the project team.
Curious mindset with an ability to condense complex concepts into clear and concise action items.
Minimum Qualifications
9-11+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or User Acceptance Testing with 5 years of experience independently leading testing efforts across projects.
Experience with validation of native mobile applications or on-device communications / messaging for large scale marketing efforts.
Experience working on End to End testing across mobile applications and developing test plan, test scripts, and test coverage matrix for user experience beyond stated requirements.
Experience providing adequate risk-based test coverage across functional, integration,End to End, Data, and Regression test of the systems under test.
Experience leading automation initiatives and process optimizations across the organization.
Experience with the latest advancements in quality frameworks in an AI driven delivery organization.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
