About the Role

iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Analyst or Associate to join the Transactional Operations team, with a primary focus on investor services. This team plays a critical role in supporting the firm's growing investor base and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple stages of the investor lifecycle. The role centers on providing comprehensive operational support around ongoing account maintenance for feeder funds and light support for direct funds. This individual will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders within a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. The team supports investors, financial advisors, home office personnel, administrators, and numerous internal parties.

Responsibilities

  • Support high-profile fund managers and distributors by assisting their clients with account maintenance updates, white label movements, updated AML collection and updates.
  • Deliver ongoing client support and liaise across internal groups and external administrators.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience through enhancements to the company's proprietary technology platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in financial services, preferably within a fund administrator or client service role or the alternative investment industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Interest or knowledge in technology

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000.ย  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
