Summary

Leads end-to-end business analysis for small to medium initiatives and contributes to complex, cross-functional programs. The role partners with the PMO, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes, and deliver actionable insights that inform prioritization, planning, and operational decisions across divisions.

What You'll Do

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery to elicit business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Produce high-quality BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
  • Process Improvement and Governance: Analyze current-state processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend Lean/Six Sigma-aligned improvements. Support project governance, including approvals, tollgates, and standardized reporting with KPIs.
  • Analytics and Decision Support: Build dashboards and models (Power BI/Tableau + SQL) to monitor performance, risks, and opportunities. Develop executive summaries and business cases with cost/benefit and scenario analysis.
  • Delivery and Change: Partner with IT/PMO to plan releases; manage backlogs and priorities in Agile or hybrid environments. Lead UAT planning/execution and support change management, training, and communications. Contribute to ERP/CRM enhancements, integrations, and reporting requirements.
  • Data and Systems: Collaborate on data quality, master data, and metadata standards to strengthen reporting reliability. Contribute to ERP/CRM enhancements, integrations, and reporting requirements.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or product/solution delivery. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, trading, finance, or energy sectors. Experience with ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
  • Preferred Certifications: CBAP/CCBA, PMI-PBA, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Agile (Scrum/SAFe).
