Job Overview:
  • The UX Sr Researcher will be responsible for conducting user experience research to support human-centered design and product development decisions. 
  • The role involves planning and executing usability testing, analyzing research insights, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other researchers to improve user experience and drive evidence-based design decisions.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related design discipline.
  • 3–5 years of qualitative UX research experience in a professional setting.
  • Experience in designing and conducting UX research studies and experiments.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Experience with UX research methods including usability testing (moderated and unmoderated), heuristic evaluation, A/B testing, task analysis, and survey design.
  • Proficiency with UX research tools such as UserZoom or UserTesting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of UX research experience with demonstrated ability to drive actionable insights.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative product development environments.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
