UX Researchers are professionals who study and understand how users interact with products, services, or systems. They use a variety of research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observation, to gather insights about user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Their findings help design teams create user-friendly and effective products by informing design decisions with real user data. UX Researchers often collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers. Their work ensures that products are intuitive, accessible, and meet the needs of the target audience.
