Your Role

We are looking for a strong, execution-focused Project Manager who can independently drive assigned workstreams within complex cross-functional initiatives and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines. This role requires someone who naturally brings structure, ownership, and follow-through, while working closely with functional leads across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to independently manage assigned project workstreams, coordinate activities across stakeholders and drive execution against established timelines.

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks, and action items simultaneously.

  • Ability to quickly understand business processes, operational impacts, and system-related dependencies across functions.

  • Experience coordinating with both business and technical teams within complex initiatives involving process, operational or system changes.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, drive alignment, challenge constructively when needed, and communicate clearly across different levels of the organization.

  • Experience preparing and maintaining structured project documentation, including workplans, action trackers, risk logs, status updates, and meeting summaries.

  • High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail with the ability to operate effectively with limited oversight.

  • Ability to remain organized, solution-oriented, and execution-focused under tight timelines and shifting priorities.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other standard project coordination tools.

  • Experience working with ERP, CRM systems (BUS, SAP, Salesforce or similar platforms) and understanding of business/system process interdependencies is strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting M&A integration, business transformation, operational transition, or system implementation initiatives is preferred.
