  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end user-centered design processes, from research and concept development through detailed design and implementation.
  • Experience in regulated industries, preferably medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or other safety-critical environments where usability, risk mitigation, and compliance are critical.
  • Demonstrated skills and interest in user research and human factors, including conducting or supporting user interviews, usability testing, task analysis, and synthesizing insights into design solutions.
  • Ability to design intuitive interfaces for diverse user groups, including patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
