Nous recherchons un Chef de produit possedant une solide experience en UX/UI motive pour rejoindre notre equipe de gestion de produit OneSpan. Ce poste est ouvert aux candidats ayant residence a Montreal car il s'agit d'un role hybride. 

Ce que vous ferez: 

  • Maitrisez l'experience : Dirigez la conception de l'interface utilisateur et la strategie de l'experience utilisateur pour notre portefeuille d'accords numeriques de signature electronique. 
  • Conception & Prototype : Creer des wireframes haute fidelite, des prototypes interactifs et des maquettes soignees du concept au lancement. 
  • Faire evoluer le systeme : Maintenir et faire evoluer notre Systeme de Design afin d'assurer la coherence de la marque sur toutes les plateformes. 
  • Garantir l'accessibilite : Appliquer les normes WCAG 2.2 pour garantir une experience veritablement inclusive a tous les utilisateurs. 
  • Collaborer : Collaborez avec des chercheurs en gestion de produit, en ingenierie et en securite pour transformer des exigences de securite complexes et a enjeux eleves en interfaces elegantes et intuitives.  

Ce que vous apportez: 

  • Experience averee en tant que designer UX/UI, de preference dans des environnements d'entreprise, SaaS ou cybersecurite. 
  • Un portfolio solide mettant en avant des processus de conception de bout en bout pour des applications complexes et interactives. 
  • Expertise en Figma [ou equivalent moderne]. 
  • Connaissance approfondie des modeles de conception UI, des principes d'ergonomie et des normes d'accessibilite WCAG. 
  • Excellentes competences en communication pour traduire les exigences techniques en parcours utilisateurs elegants. 

Experience requise: 

  • Experience de travail etroit avec des chefs de produit et des equipes interfonctionnelles (ingenierie, marketing, donnees) dans des environnements agiles 
  • Solide comprehension du cycle de vie du produit et capacite a aligner les decisions de conception avec les objectifs metier et utilisateurs 
  • Capacite averee a traduire les exigences produits et les besoins des utilisateurs en solutions de conception intuitives 
  • Experience de la conduite et de l'application de recherches utilisateurs, de tests d'ergonomie et d'insights bases sur les donnees 

Exigences privilegiees: 

  • 3+ ans d'experience en conception B2B2C 
  • Experience dans les services financiers (banque, assurance, fintech) 
  • Licence en commerce, technologie ou domaine connexe

We are seeking a motivated  Product Manager with a strong UX/UI background to join our OneSpan Product Management team. This position is open to candidates who have their residence in Montreal as it is a hybrid role. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Own the Experience:Lead the UI design and user experience strategy for our eSignature Digital Agreements portfolio. 
  • Design & Prototype:Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished mockups from concept to launch. 
  • Evolve the System:Maintain and scale our Design System to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. 
  • Ensure Accessibility:Apply WCAG 2.2 standards to ensure a truly inclusive experience for all users.
  • Collaborate:Partner with product management, engineering, and security researchers to turn complex, high-stakes security requirements into elegant, intuitive interfaces. 

What You Bring: 

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably within enterprise, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments. 
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes for complex, interactive applications. 
  • Expertise inFigma[or modern equivalent]. 
  • Deep knowledge of UI design patterns, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards. 
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical requirements into elegant user journeys. 

Required Experience 

  • Experience working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, data) in agile environments 
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and ability to align design decisions with business and user goals 
  • Proven ability to translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive design solutions 
  • Experience conducting and applying user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights 

Preferred Requirements 

  • 3+ years of B2B2C design experience 
  • Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech) 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
