Title: Business Analyst (Full-time & On-site)

Primary Responsibilities

* Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and business-process discussions.
* Analyze current systems, workflows, business rules, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Document functional and nonfunctional requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and system specifications.
* Translate business needs into clear requirements for architects, developers, integration teams, data teams, and quality assurance professionals.
* Maintain requirements traceability and support scope, impact, dependency, and change analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate proposed solutions and confirm alignment with business objectives.
* Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and release planning.
* Assist with workflow design, data mapping, system integrations, reporting, security, and user-access requirements.
* Develop test scenarios, support system and user acceptance testing, and assist with defect clarification and resolution.
* Support training materials, user documentation, implementation readiness, and business transition activities.
* Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Required Skills and Experience

* Experience in business analysis experience supporting software development, enterprise application, or system modernization projects.
* Demonstrated experience working throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Strong experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process models, and requirements traceability documentation.
* Experience supporting projects involving application development, integrations, data conversion or migration, testing, and implementation.
* Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts involving data, APIs, integrations, workflows, security, application configuration, and testing.
* Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid software delivery teams.
