Role Summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Used Car Manager to assist in leading the used car sales team. The Used Car Manager reinforces high standards for performance and customer service while closely collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Ensure all sales processes and documentation meet state and federal regulations, as well as dealership policies.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance, including metrics such as sales volume, customer satisfaction score, etc.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the used car sales team, setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Coach and develop team members, helping them build product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.
  • Establish a positive, goal-oriented team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Lead the used car sales team, providing training and guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the used car sales team, ensuring a positive work environment that encourages high performance and continuous development.
  • Maintain accurate records of used vehicle transactions, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and legal standards.
  • Work closely with the Service and Parts departments to ensure vehicles are properly inspected, reconditioned, and ready for sale.
