What You'll Lead
As Used Car Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our pre-owned operation by:
  • Managing inventory strategy and vehicle acquisition
  • Appraising trades and purchasing vehicles

  • Coaching and developing the sales team
  • Structuring and approving deals
  • Monitoring lead conversion and appointment performance
  • Creating accountability throughout the department
  • Working closely with finance, service, and executive leadership
