Are you a high-output tech ready to turn hours and earn big? Our busy dealership is seeking top-tier Used Car Technicians who know their way around a pre-owned vehicle and are hungry for a six-figure income.

We’ve got the volume. We’ve got the hours. All we need is you.

$29-$36 per hour 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform comprehensive inspections and repairs on all makes and models of used vehicles
  • Accurately flag 10+ flat-rate hours daily with quality, efficient work
  • Handle everything from reconditioning to major repairs
  • Partner with advisors and used car management for fast and clean workflow
  • Keep quality high and comebacks low

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience turning serious hours – consistently 10+ FRH per day
  • Drive to earn $100K+ per year
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean record
  • Dealership or high-volume shop experience preferred
  • ASE certification a plus (but not required if you’ve got the skills)
