Used Car Sales Executive – Szott Auto Group (White Lake, MI)
Commission-Based Pay: $6,000–$10,000/month | Full Time | On-site

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling vehicles to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles to customers, highlighting features and competitive advantages
  • Conduct test drives and assist with vehicle selection
  • Negotiate pricing and financing to meet customer needs
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track progress
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
  • Maintain a clean, organized showroom
  • Collaborate with sales managers to meet monthly targets
  • Conduct outside sales activities to attract new customers

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive or retail sales preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
