PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with a Current Poly (within 5 years)
About Us:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
  • Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
  • Performs configuration, administration and development of SharePoint, Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence) and other content management systems as a primary function, duties to include, but not limited to the below:
    • Developer shall develop, stage, test and hosts selected SharePoint solutions.
    • Developer shall design and develop web parts, lnfoPath forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows and page templates, branding customization and web services.
    • Configures collaboration sites and forms authentication for staff access, manage user controls and security permissions for SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence (Atlassian suite).
  • Documents Operating Instructions (Ols) for Command wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.

Required qualifications/skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a master's degree.
-OR-
• A minimum of 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, and a bachelor's degree
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
