Job Summary:
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a contract position with long-term potential. The role involves providing first-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting various technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone
• Handle approximately 30-40 inbound support calls per day
• Troubleshoot and resolve: Login and password issues, Email and Microsoft Office 365 issues, Software-related problems, Mobile device support requests, General technical support inquiries
• Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Document support activities and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting response and resolution expectations
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2 years of Help Desk or IT Technical Support experience
• Experience troubleshooting: Microsoft Office 365, Email issues, Login and authentication issues
• Microsoft Office 365 Suite and iOS support
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• User account and login troubleshooting
• Basic desktop support
• High School Diploma or GED
