With a global workforce of over 38,000 experts and 84 million square feet of facilities across over 400 sites, we're transforming logistics, and this is just the beginning!

As the Production Supervisor, Co-Pack Department, you'll oversee daily operations, lead and develop warehouse staff, and drive safety, accuracy, and productivity. You'll ensure your team meets operational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Location:On-site, Ruskin, FL

Work Schedule:Monday-Thursday 4AM-4PM with ability to work outside, before, or after scheduled hours as business needs arise as well as on-call for emergencies.

Competitive Compensation:Attractive annual salary of$70,000-$72,000,plus a bonus opportunity.Along with base salary, our total rewards include comprehensive benefits; medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shipping/receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements
  • Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and track team performance against KPIs
  • Train and certify team members on equipment operation, OSHA compliance, and audit readiness
  • Operate a sit-down forklift and ensure safe equipment usage across the team
  • Develop and manage schedules, assign and monitor work, and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely, accurate documentation of shipments
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Resolve employee and customer concerns both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain personnel records, manage timekeeping, and approve payroll
  • Enforce safety policies, manage incident reporting, and conduct investigations as needed
  • Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead a team of hourly and temporary associates
  • High School Diploma or GED; BS/BA in Logistics/Supply Chain, general business relevant field is preferred; or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • At least three years proven experience in a distribution or warehouse environment
  • Proven experience with problem solving skills, troubleshooting and analysis, and taking initiative
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relationship building and customer facing experience
  • Experience with 5S and continuous improvement programs
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and WMS software
  • Experience with time keeping; ADP is a plus
