Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely processing of client requests, accurate inventory tracking, and efficient shipping and handling of supplies and equipment.
What You Will Work On
  • Process client requests and fulfill supply and equipment orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with packing, labeling, and shipping goods to client locations, ensuring proper handling and documentation
  • Build and assemble medical kits according to established standards and specifications
  • Maintain and organize inventory, including tracking stock levels and updating records through data entry
  • Monitor inventory for expired or near-expired products and take appropriate action
  • Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
  • Support logistics procurement activities, including sourcing and coordinating materials as needed
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and coordinate outgoing shipments
  • Perform general administrative and operational support tasks as assigned

What You Will Bring
  • 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems (ERP or similar tools preferred)
  • Familiarity with shipping processes, carriers, and basic logistics coordination
  • Ability to lift, pack, and move materials as needed in a warehouse or operational environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
