Mobile Equipment Operator - 1st or 3rd Shift | Quincy, MI
Production only moves as fast as the people moving the material. As a Mobile Equipment Operator, you'll help keep production flowing by safely transporting parts, staging materials, and supporting multiple departments across the facility. This is a role for operators who stay alert, work efficiently, and take pride in doing the job right.
This employee-owned manufacturing facility in Quincy, MI offers steady work, strong team culture, and real opportunities to grow long term.
You'll operate forklifts and mobile equipment to load/unload trailers, stage materials, band products, and keep production lines supplied. Operators must be confident handling odd-shaped, oversized, and heavy materials, requiring strong spatial awareness and advanced forklift control. You'll complete safety checks, maintain clean aisles, and help maintain an organized work environment.
What We Offer This Position
$20.50/hour
1st shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
3rd shift: 7:30 pm - 6:00 am
Paid weekly
Full-time hours

Qualifications
Recent forklift or mobile equipment experience required
Must be skilled and comfortable moving large, heavy, and irregularly shaped materials safely
Ability to pass written and physical forklift testing

Must follow safety procedures and maintain strong attention to detail
Able to work on your feet throughout 12-hour shifts
