Job description

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am -3pm
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Tugger Operators to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role primarily involves safely operating a tugger to move materials throughout the warehouse, while also supporting general janitorial and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
This is a dual-responsibility role combining warehouse equipment operation and janitorial support. Candidates should be comfortable working in both operational and cleaning capacities.
Tugger / Equipment Operations
  • Safely operate a tugger (Power Industrial Equipment) to transport materials throughout the warehouse
  • Move carts, pallets, and supplies between designated areas to support warehouse flow
  • Assist with staging, replenishment, and material distribution activities
  • Conduct basic pre-shift equipment checks and report safety or maintenance concerns
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse traffic guidelines

Janitorial & Warehouse Housekeeping Duties
  • Perform general janitorial and housekeeping tasks throughout the facility, including:
    • Cleaning and maintaining warehouse floors and work areas
    • Emptying and maintaining bins located throughout the warehouse
    • Removing cardboard, plastic, metal, and broken wood debris
    • Keeping work areas, walkways, and common spaces clean and organized
  • Support cleanliness of restrooms, break areas, canteens, and office spaces as needed
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment at all times

Training & Certification
  • No prior tugger or Power Industrial Equipment experience required
  • All equipment training and certification will be provided on-site
  • Internal licensing will be issued by authorized trained supervisors

Qualifications
  • Willingness to perform both equipment operation and janitorial responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and detail
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
