Location: Portland, TN
2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 5PM-5AM
Pay Rate: $17.85
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Tugger Forklift Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility using a tugger forklift while maintaining production flow and warehouse organization. The role is highly physical and requires frequent manual handling of materials, including lifting and moving poly boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tugger forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
  • Transport materials, parts, and products between departments and workstations
  • Load, unload, stack, and organize poly boxes and other materials
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, pull, and move poly boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Maintain accurate inventory movement and material tracking
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
  • Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work for the duration of the shift
