Job description

This vacancy announcement may be used to fill positions at various locations throughout the United States Marine Corps.Qualifications:GS-13:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and overseeing the administrative of functional elements of fire suppression, fire prevention, emergency medical transport services, emergency dispatch operations, fire alarm maintenance and repair of weapons of mass destruction or chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear explosives responses and the fire training and safety sections of the organization.
GS-12

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: implementing operational policies and procedure and providing a wide variety of services and technical support that relate to fire prevention, fire protection, and emergency medical services.
Must possess and maintain the following Firefighter certifications issued by the Department of Defense (DoD), International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) or ProBoard: FIRE OFFICER IV, FIRE INSPECTOR II and FIRE INSTRUCTOR II.
You must be certified as a HAZARDOUS MATERIAL INCIDENT - COMMANDER by the Department of Defense (DoD), International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) or ProBoard.
NOTE: YOU MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF ALL REQUIRED LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES THAT YOU CLAIM TO POSSESS OR YOU WILL NOT BE REFERRED TO THE HIRING MANAGER.
