Company Description

An enterprise client is seeking a Content and Copy Strategist to create, edit, and refine timely content with a consistent, trusted brand voice. This role will support organic content across the company and its sub-brands, including drafting, reviewing, and/or editing such assets as lifecycle communications, paid media campaigns, and internal marketing needs as the client scales across new products and audiences.

Job Description

Organic Content (GEO/SEO + Education)

  • Write, edit, and publish strategic and timely content for websites, including blog posts, landing pages, and other webpages, optimized for LLMs and user search and engagement.
  • Route written web content to SMEs for review and refine as needed.
  • Submit SME-approved web content to Compliance for approval and refine as needed.
  • Publish approved blog and website content.
  • Review and develop persuasive long- and short-form copy for display, search, social, and video campaigns for organic and to support paid marketing initiatives.
  • Consider content for traders across various stages of the funnel and per channel while maintaining brand voice and tone.
  • Collaborate within the Content team and Marketing department to improve discoverability, clarity, and conversion impact of organic assets.

Lifecycle Marketing (Customer Journey)

  • In partnership with the lifecycle team, draft, review, and refine email copy and retention messaging that guide traders at various stages of futures trading experience from first touch through long-term engagement.

Vendor Marketing

  • Write, edit, and publish vendor-provided copy, balancing vendor promotional and educational goals for a B2B2C audience.
  • Write and refine descriptions and post-event recap blogs for vendor webinars.
  • Publish descriptions and blogs to the Ecosystem website.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional copywriting and content strategy experience, ideally in fintech, finance, or a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated SEO and GEO writing skills, with a working understanding of how to optimize content for both search engines and LLMs.
  • Strong command of grammar, clarity, and concision; fluency with AP Style.
  • Experience writing across formats-blog posts, landing pages, email and lifecycle sequences, and paid campaign copy.
  • Ability to adapt to and apply an established brand voice and style guide consistently.
  • Comfort working within review and approval workflows, including SME and Compliance routing.
  • Familiarity with CMS publishing and basic on-page optimization.
  • Strong self-direction and organization across multiple briefs and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
