$22.50/hr Base + Daily Overtime Opportunities ($33.75/hr) + Up to $1,000.

Milestone Retention Bonus! Join Lacedaemon Distributions , a proud veteran-owned logistics company, for our high-velocity Peak Season Pop-Up Team in Santa Ana! We are building a high-performing family of drivers for an intensive seasonal sprint running from September 22, 2026 through January 15, 2027.

THE PAY & BONUS BREAKDOWN:
  • Base Rate: $22.50 / hour.
  • Daily Overtime Opportunities: $33.75 / hour (Earn time-and-a-half after 8 hours in a workday and 40 hours in a workweek).
  • Up to $1,000 Milestone Retention Bonus: Paid out in distinct stages based on continuous employment and basic attendance reliability:
    • Milestone 1: $250.00 after your first 30 days of active employment.
    • Milestone 2: $250.00 following Black Friday / Cyber Week operations.
    • Milestone 3: $500.00 upon completing the seasonal contract through January 15.

SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS:
  • Predictable Full-Time Schedule: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM daily. Work a consistent 4 days per week ( 3 set weekdays and 1 set weekend day required so you always know your schedule ahead of time).
  • Launch Station: Amazon Warehouse DLX8 – 515 E. Dryer Rd, Santa Ana, CA.
  • Paid Training: A brief, 3 day training phase at DLX7 Station – 6450 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA 90630 (fully paid time!).

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Your main objective is prompt, safe, and accurate package delivery.
  • Daily Deliveries: Successfully handle, load, and deliver packages on time using a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, and team communication.
  • Physical Pace: Keep pace in a physically demanding job in all weather conditions; lift packages up to 50 lbs., and repeatedly exit/enter a high-roof van throughout the day.
  • Vehicle Safety: Perform daily safety inspections on company vehicles and strictly follow all local/state driving laws and company policies.
  • Team-First Mindset: Support your teammates in daily work requirements, including participating in rescue calls when other drivers need assistance with their routes.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 21 or older with a valid State Driver’s License.
  • Must have a clean driving record (multiple recent violations will disqualify).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Good English speaking, reading, and writing/communication skills.
  • Able to pass a standard 4-panel drug screening.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not Required):
  • Previous delivery experience (e.g., Postmates, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
  • Previous transportation experience (e.g., Uber, Lyft, etc.).
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
