Pay & Perks

$17–$23 per hour, based on experience
Overtime available during busy seasons
Commission opportunities available, with training provided
4-day work week with 10-hour shifts

Company vehicles provided from headquarters to job sites

Schedule

4x10 schedule - 4 days per week
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Report to headquarters, then head out with the crew in company vehicles

What You'll Be Doing

Building custom ponds, waterfalls, and water features
Rock placement and landscape construction
Irrigation installation using PVC, not residential copper plumbing
Excavation, grading, and site preparation
General construction and outdoor project work
Working as part of a crew to create one-of-a-kind outdoor environments

Growth Opportunity

This is not a dead-end labor job. We are looking for people who want to build a future with us.

Growth path may include:

Entry Level → Apprentice → Crew Lead → Foreman

Advancement and raises are based on skill, attitude, reliability, performance, and the ability to work well with the team.
