The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader oversees a small team dedicated to maintaining commercial properties with high standards of quality and safety. This role involves managing daily travel between job sites, operating essential landscaping equipment, and driving team efficiency while ensuring client satisfaction. The crew leader will supervise and support a team of 1-5 members, focusing on safety compliance, inventory management, and delivering top-tier landscape maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a landscaping crew of 1-5 members
  • Perform and oversee landscape maintenance on commercial properties
  • Operate hand tools, motorized mowers, and trimmers safely and efficiently
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety standards on all job sites
  • Manage inventory and supplies needed for daily operations
  • Coordinate daily travel between multiple job sites

Required Qualifications
