Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Manager / Driver to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have experience leading landscape crews, operating landscaping equipment, and driving a truck and trailer.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a truck and trailer safely to and from job sites
  • Lead and supervise a landscape enhancement crew of 2–3 employees
  • Direct daily field operations
  • Operate zero-turn mowers, push mowers, and other landscaping equipment
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of landscape enhancement experience required
  • Experience leading a landscape crew
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must own basic landscaping tools
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to start immediately
