Role Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner – Talent Acquisition leads end-to-end recruiting and onboarding for assigned business units, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes. You will manage 20–30 requisitions, consult with hiring managers on workforce needs and candidate profiles, and drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. You’ll build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, coordinate interviews, develop and present offers, and track recruiting metrics to improve process efficiency. You will also guide leaders on interview practices and employment-law considerations, and oversee orientation plus 30/60/90-day onboarding follow-ups.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition or HR
- Experience managing multiple requisitions; ATS/HRIS proficiency
Preferred: PHR/SHRM-CP; healthcare/HME or multi-site experience; onboarding program design. Apply to help deliver a consistent, candidate-focused hiring experience.

Your Typical Day

Your day is structured around keeping hiring moving smoothly and professionally. You start by reviewing pipeline activity, prioritizing time-sensitive decisions, and aligning schedules across multiple stakeholders. Midday is often spent in focused conversations with leaders to clarify needs, calibrate expectations, and ensure interview plans are consistent and fair. You’ll balance candidate communication with internal coordination, keeping details organized and confidential. Later, you may facilitate orientation touchpoints, check progress on early tenure milestones, and close out the day by updating dashboards and notes so the next steps are clear and measurable.

Total Rewards
