Salary: 65,000 - 85,000 Total Compensation (Salay and Comission)

About Facility Gateway:

Facility Gateway Corporation (FGC) was launched in 2008 with the aim of providing mission critical UPS maintenance services nationally.


FGC provides maintenance contract aggregation to the mission critical market. Our goal is to become an extension of your facility team by managing your UPS mission critical service contracts to your business requirements. We oversee your UPS equipment with certified technicians and partners and ensure maximum uptime. Doing so allows you to focus on your business. FGC is your single source for Generator, UPS, Battery, and HVAC maintenance.


Overall Responsibilities and Duties


  • Oversee contracted accounts selling Battery Solutions, T&M Repair, Equipment Upgrades, and Additional Services
  • Help make Maintenace recommendation based on PM visit.

  • Call Customers (20-30 calls daily)

  • Review Maintenance reports for recommendations and quote the correct solution to our customers

  • Attaining daily, weekly and monthly call/communication volume requirements

  • Managing client relationship

  • Maintaining good communication with Client Base, follow up on past quotes.

  • Conveying clear and consistent information to FGC operations department to help process orders.

  • Review final quotes for accuracy

  • Close business to attain or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

  • Consistently and accurately maintain the FGC CRM system (Facility Keys)

  • Work with CFM leadership on corrective measure to increase sales productivity if necessary

  • Maintain a positive attitude

  • Be a driving force of the work ethic, culture and values within the company


Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Five years sales or marketing experience desired

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quotas and goals
  • Experience seeking new customers a plus


Compensation


Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 Annually


Commission: 3% of Gross Profit on Sold Projects (Average 30-50% of your salary annually)
