Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven major account Sales Professional to expand our drone services within the US T&D market.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a market-leading brand and drive sales growth for drone services solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and long-term revenue goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, closing, and contract management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions; provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay informed on emerging drone technologies, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow solutions sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and manage public and private tender opportunities relevant to the region or sector; collaborate with the business development team to align on submissions.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to recommend tailored drone solutions, while identifying broader opportunities for product innovation or strategic partnerships that support company growth and market positioning.
  • Provide professional after-sales support through proactive client follow-ups, issue resolution, and ongoing relationship management to ensure satisfaction, encourage retention, and uphold the company's reputation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts and contribute to brand visibility.
  • Provide customer feedback to our product and engineering teams, helping shape the development of new offerings.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating proactive and self-motivated sales management.
  • Strong understanding of drone technology and its commercial applications acr is considered an asset.
