Job description

Position Overview
The Warehouse Clerk plays a critical role in supporting Bunker Hill Minings operations by ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of materials, tools, and supplies required for mining and production activities. This full-time, nonexempt position supports multiple departments through order fulfillment, receiving, inventory control, and distribution. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Pick, receive, stage, and deliver materials and supplies to multiple departments across the site.
  • Accurately receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments, verifying quantities and material condition.
  • Conduct routine and cycle count inventories; research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Enter and maintain accurate inventory, receiving, and issuing records in the company's ERP system.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading activities while following all safety procedures.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with site policies and training.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage areas to support efficient material flow.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve workflows and warehouse efficiency.
  • Comply with all Bunker Hill Mining safety standards, MSHA requirements, and company policies.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in an industrial or mining environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, and material handling.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
  • Forklift certification or demonstrated proficiency preferred.
  • Knowledge of MSHA or OSHA safety requirements is a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing 50+ pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to work in an industrial mining environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
