Upholsterer & Assembler in Goshen, IN Full-Time Hourly Manufacturing
Location: 901 E. Madison Street, Goshen, IN 46528
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (4-Day Workweek)

Every product you assemble contributes to the craftsmanship and quality our customers expect.
Whether you have manufacturing experience or simply enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
  • Assemble upholstery products using hand tools, staplers, and glue equipment.
  • Read work instructions and assemble products to quality standards.
  • Stretch, position, and secure fabrics and materials.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
  • Work as part of a production team to meet daily production goals.
  • Cross-train in multiple assembly processes and product lines.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Communicate with teammates and supervisors to keep production moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For
  • Basic experience with hand tools or the willingness to learn.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
