American Furniture Rental (AFR) is looking a for a Furniture Repair Specialist for our location in Huntington, CA
Must have Furniture Repair experience.
Able to lift couches, chairs, tables, etc.
Have a clean background and able to pass pre-employment drug test(12panel)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Upholstery Specialist will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining upholstery furniture in the inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform hand shampooing and steam cleaning of upholstery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform quality control checks.
  • Review and understand work job order specifications and instructions with management prior to beginning the project.
  • Stay within target time range for assigned work.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and required by management.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Able to problem solve.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Planning and organization skills.

EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Upholstery experience helpful but will train the right person.
