Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preserve the integrity of all displays in Retail venues to maintain USH visual merchandising standards. Maintain and monitor the appearance/integrity of all fixtures, displays, and props as it relates to cleanliness, wear and tear, and damage. Call out any repair and maintenance as needed.
  • Produce and place signage for promotions, price events, and other guest communication.
  • Train store managers and field operators on visual display and merchandising standards - audit locations as needed.
  • Support the stores and field personnel by responding to inquiries and needs on a priority basis. Anticipate and/or troubleshoot visual merchandising issues that arise throughout USH and/or CityWalk retail environments
  • Support visual department initiatives - includes ideation, rendering, sourcing, procurement, and installation; Purchase props and supplies at best prices via company P-card - includes processing SNAPs.
  • Partner with Retail Planning Manager to balance "Collectibles" inventory across all locations, ensuring collectible cases and print walls are well-assorted and filled
  • Partner with Retail Planning Manager to track Monday reports - front entrance display revenue
  • Identify and create visual support for low revenue-driving product
  • Assist USH Visual Manager in the planning and coordination of all VMD sets - including sourcing vendors, mapping graphics and decor, and communicating with the Warehouse team for the delivery of props and fixtures.
  • Maintain EHS safety standards and organization in all Retail VMD areas - including office, warehouse, and off-lot storage facility. Call out repair and maintenance as needed.
  • Benchmark other retailers and ensure adaptation of Retail industry trends.
  • Prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Submit and track projects for IP approval through MMBox.
  • Submit and track smart sheets for internal vendor projects
Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3+ years related job experience in a visual merchandising role.
  • Proficient (3+ years working knowledge) with all Adobe Creative Suite programs; with a focus on Photoshop and Illustrator. 3D rendering is a plus.
  • Strong creative skills and proof of concept project development. Portfolio required.
  • Be able to push, lift, and carry a minimum of 25 pounds of merchandise, visual elements, and/or fixtures
  • Willing to work overtime and/or on weekends and nights to support the needs of the business
  • Must have the flexibility for minimal travel
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

  • Ability to work within a team/office environment
  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $72,000 - $85,000
