Vault Clerk

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Type: Hourly Shift: Days| 9am-6pm|

Location: Oklahoma City


We are seeking a reliable and highly detail-oriented Vault Clerk to join our growing team in a fast-paced, high-security environment. The ideal candidate is committed to accuracy, thrives under pressure, is capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring consistent accuracy, and works well as a team player in a collaborative setting. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the integrity and security of all currency and inventory processed within our vault operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strict accuracy in all tasks, ensuring cash counts, denominations, and cassette loads are correct and verified.
  • Maintain a secure and organized environment within the vault at all times.
  • Accurately count and record large volumes of currency using high-speed currency counters.
  • Process incoming coin by rolling, boxing, and staging for outbound deliveries.
  • Count/verify incoming deposits and Federal Reserve (FED) orders.
  • Sort, label, and stage inventory for delivery routes.
  • Support route operations when necessary to meet customer delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Strong focus, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Comfortable working in a secure, procedure-driven setting with repetitive, precise tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vault, banking, or cash-handling experience are preferred.
