Peacock is seeking an innovative marketer to join the team and help expand brand marketing for Feature Films on Peacock. This marketer will support the consumer & content film marketing team, in the creation and execution of best-in-class marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

  • Support managers / directors in the development of cross-company marketing plans for movies on Peacock – including any Day/Date releasees, ‘Pay 1’ film offering, Peacock Original films and growth of our licensed film collection
  • Collaborate across Peacock Marketing Teams and our film partners, including Universal Film Entertainment Group and Focus Features, to ensure clear, cohesive and compelling campaigns across product lifecycle. 
  • Assist in and support preparation for internal team briefings (i.e., Media, Performance, CRM, Social, Editorial, etc.) and monitoring campaign performance for insights and future optimizations.
  • Expand/update ‘movie rubric’ and key tracking documents to better prioritize support for upcoming film releases.
  • Lead monthly industry competitive process and tracker working with key functional teams (i.e., media, creative, etc). to develop and disseminate competitive reporting
  • Draft ‘After-Action Reports’ that summarize efforts, calling out campaign effectiveness, insights and future enhancements (i.e., what did we do, what did we learn and what should we do moving forward).
  • Work in partnership with film team leads to develop PowerPoint presentations for marketing briefs,  launch plans, key leadership meetings, etc.
  • Monitor acquisition and engagement rate from film (First View, # of titles and total consumption) and propose tactics to improve outcomes. 
  • Provide operational support between Peacock and film partners, including setup/facilitation of recurring meetings.
  • Coordinate with editorial, product, on-platform promo and partner marketing teams to amplify film offering on Peacock.
  • Monitor competitive film landscape and shifting consumer awareness/expectation for film offering across streaming services.
  • Serve as key team lead on meeting setup, cadence and agendas.
Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, in Film/Entertainment, Direct-to-Consumer and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge / awareness of various streaming business models (AVOD, SVOD, TVOD) and of the Direct-to-Consumer and/or streaming services space
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to work flexibly across departments as well as manage internal and external partners in a dynamic environment
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Willingness to work overtime, work weekday nights, and on weekends with short notice

Additional Requirements

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
