Job Description

Allied Universal Executive Protection and Intelligence Services , North America's leading specialized protection company, provides rewarding careers that give you a sense of purpose. The Armed CIRT Agent is responsible for protecting critical assets and managing risk with a diverse, innovative partner-oriented team in San Jose, CA. CIRT Agents are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client. This position will require the Agent to work the following 8 hour-shifts, approximately: 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm. Scheduled shifts will vary based on client demands.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Must have the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible
  • Must be able to brief, defend, persuade and instruct others on security requirements and policies
  • Ensure the smooth operation of all services provided by the Critical Incident Response Team
  • Analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Observe, report and/or intervene as appropriate regarding any situation that may compromise the safety and security of the client's people, assets and/or reputation
  • Provide surveillance detection/protective surveillance for security operations
  • Participate in emergency response actions to facilitate the protection of the client's people, assets and reputation. This includes verbal de-escalation, use of non-lethal force, deadly force and appropriate medical treatment
  • Routine problem solving and tasking, management of assigned programs and projects

Requirements:

  • CA Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, CCW and CPR certification is required
  • Be physically fit
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
  • Extensive military, corporate security or law enforcement experience, preferably in a military special operations branch or protective operations experience
  • A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school is desired
  • Extensive medical experience (EMT, First Responder, 18D, Paramedic, Navy Corpsman) is desired
