Responsibilities

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 regional & corporate executives. (1 Vice President Regional Director & 2 Regional Finance Directors) This key role serves as a trusted partner to leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of executive offices.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, and is committed to supporting organizational excellence.

  • Performs essential clerical duties & provide executive-level support.
  • Attend and facilitate departmental and clinical meetings.
  • Maintain files, manage contracts and communicate important messages on behalf of the executive team.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Experience:At least three (3) years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care setting.

Additional Requirements:Must be able to type at least 60 w.p.m.; knowledge of medical terminology, and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software programs; shorthand experience desired.
