We are seeking an Avionics Systems Engineer 1 to join our Systems Engineering team in Duluth, Georgia. This entry-level engineering role provides hands-on exposure to requirements development, testing, certification activities, systems integration, and product verification for real-world avionics systems.
Working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure that advanced avionics products meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and the highest standards of safety and reliability.
What You'll Do
  • Contribute to the development and verification of advanced avionics systems throughout the product lifecycle
  • Support requirements development, traceability, and compliance activities for aerospace products
  • Participate in laboratory testing, integration activities, and product validation efforts
  • Assist in demonstrating compliance with industry, regulatory, and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, database, and systems engineering teams to support product development
  • Support certification-related documentation and engineering deliverables
  • Participate in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and product improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to technical reviews, product team meetings, and engineering discussions
  • Help support field service, customer support, and operational questions related to assigned products
  • Gain exposure to aviation standards, certification processes, and aerospace engineering best practices

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
