• Engage directly with clients through telehealth platforms to assess their needs and collaboratively set achievable treatment goals.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy, implementing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s specific issues.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans in alignment with client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with a network of treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure holistic care and smooth transitions for clients as needed.
• Manage all required documentation for treatment sessions, ensuring timely completion of clinical notes and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain a caseload of clients, providing consistent support while utilizing our management tools for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case reviews to foster a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement.
• Contribute positively to the enriching environment and culture of the organization through participation in initiatives and team-building activities.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A fully licensed mental health professional with credentials as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with a commitment to continued education.
• A minimum of one year of previous experience in mental health counseling or a related field is essential.
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources to assist clients effectively.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that enable clear interaction with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, fostering a team-oriented approach to mental health care.

• Experience in telehealth or digital mental health services is highly preferred.
• Prior involvement in integrated care settings or collaboration with multidisciplinary teams would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to utilize innovative approaches in therapy.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
