• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to effectively understand and evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of the client population.
• Employ therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to address mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans, including measurable goals and appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure continuity of care and holistic support.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and current documentation of all client interactions and treatment efforts, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for shared experiences and healing.
