Unity Harbor Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity.   • Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans, including measurable goals and appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure continuity of care and holistic support.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to address immediate mental health concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation of all client interactions and treatment efforts, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Lead psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for shared experiences and healing.
