Field Training Officer - Overnight 77079
Field Training Officer | Full-Time | Overnight | Leadership Role

Lead the Team. Develop Officers. Drive Excellence.

United Protective Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Field Training Officer to train Security Officers, conduct field inspections, and support operations across multiple client locations. This is a great opportunity for a security professional with leadership experience who enjoys coaching others and maintaining high standards.

Schedule
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Monday & Tuesday: Off
  • Wednesday – Friday: 11:59 PM – 8:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, and mentor Security Officers in the field.
  • Conduct site inspections and performance audits.
  • Assist with incidents and emergency situations.
  • Complete accurate reports and required documentation.
  • Ensure officers follow company policies and client expectations.
  • Promote professional customer service and security standards.
  • Travel between client locations as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be 25 years of age or older due to insurance requirements.
  • Previous leadership experience as a Lead Officer, Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
