Job Skills / Requirements
United Protective Services is seeking a dependable and professional Security Officer to work a 32-hour multi-site schedule between three established client properties. This position offers a consistent schedule while providing variety by working at multiple locations.
The schedule consists of:
  • Sunday, Monday & Tuesday: Apartment Communities
  • Wednesday: Office Building
This position is ideal for an officer who enjoys staying active, working independently, and maintaining a strong security presence.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular foot patrols throughout each property.
  • Secure doors, gates, and common areas.
  • Observe for suspicious persons, vehicles, or activities.
  • Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately.
  • Provide a professional and courteous presence for residents, tenants, and visitors.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and notify the proper contacts when necessary.
  • Follow all site-specific Post Orders and company policies.
Requirements
  • Reliable transportation is required, as officers will travel between multiple client locations.
  • Ability to walk and patrol for extended periods.
  • Strong observation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Schedule
  • Sunday: 10pm to 6am
  • Monday: 10pm to 6am
  • Tuesday: 10pm to 6am
  • Wednesday: 11pm to 7am
