Location:         Ward Hill, MA 01835
Duration:        12 Months

Shift:                Monday – Friday 06:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Summary:

The Repack Technician is responsible for supporting safe, accurate, and compliant repackaging operations of chemical products in both regulated and non-regulated environments. This role involves handling materials, operating packaging equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform material handling including staging, movement, and organization of bulk materials and finished goods.
  • Repackage chemical products such as powders and liquids following established procedures.
  • Verify packaging components including containers, labels, and closures.
  • Operate equipment such as pumps, scales, sealing tools, and related systems.
  • Work within controlled environments including gloveboxes and hoods.
  • Execute labeling, verification, and fulfillment of standard and custom bulk orders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
  • Support production flow and cross-functional operational needs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety programs.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or related environment.
  • Ability to follow written procedures with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills for weighing and counting.
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand coordination.
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to learn multiple functions across process areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a cGMP or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
  • Perform repetitive hand motions such as labeling, sealing, and weighing.
  • Work in warehouse and regulated manufacturing environments with varying temperatures, noise, and odors.
  • Use of required PPE including gloves, safety glasses, gowns, respirators, and lab coats.
