Job description

Job Summary

This role is responsible for sustaining and advancing the enterprise Minimal Viable Organization (MVO) program which ensures that Corewell Health can continue delivering safe, effective patient care during cyber events, prolonged outages, or other disruptions. The analyst will partner with application owners, infrastructure teams, and clinical/business stakeholders to ensure critical systems are recoverable, aligned to defined priorities, and capable of supporting patient care during extended disruptions such as cyberattacks or major outages.

Essential Functions
  • Identify and document critical application functions required to sustain minimal clinical and business operations.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the enterprise Minimal Viable Organization (MVO) environment.
  • Support readiness of key capabilities, including alternate access to applications and availability of essential workflows during downtime scenarios.
  • Ensure alignment of MVO capabilities with clinical, operational, and technology environments.
  • Monitor effectiveness of defined minimum clinical and business capabilities required during extended disruptions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure recovery environments are clean, up to date, and readily available.
  • Participate in and help coordinate disaster recovery testing activities as well as document test results, identify gaps, and track remediation activities.
  • Coordinate with executive leadership to update priorities, sequencing, and investment strategies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a related field

Preferred

  • Master's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with mission-critical clinical and business systems
  • Strong knowledge of Business Continuity, Service Continuity, and Disaster Recovery programs
  • Familiar with incident management, major incident management, cyber incident response, resilience planning, ITIL, and Agile/SAFe
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage relationships with key stakeholders
