Job description

We are interviewing for a Multi-Unit Supervisor who will be responsible for operations in 6 IHOP restaurant locations in New Mexico.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee unit level operations of the restaurants in Las Cruces, Deming, Alamogordo, Carlsbad, Artesia & Los Lunas, New Mexico.
  • Provide guidance on developing restaurant operations, including management development, guest relations, marketing, sales and product presentation.
  • Ensures that operations comply with Brand standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensures all administrative duties are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high levels in all operation evaluations, guest surveys, health inspections and franchise audits.

Requirements/Experience and Skill Sets:

  • Minimum of 2 year restaurant management experience, prior Multi-Unit Supervisory experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel to all locations within assigned territory including overnight travel.
  • Organized with great time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Motivated with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to train other managers.
