We're a financially strong, not-for-profit credit union serving more than 60,000 members. Headquartered in Bothell, WA, our team of approximately 120 employees is known for its supportive culture, strong leadership, and consistently high employee satisfaction scores. If you're looking for meaningful work where you can make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you.

About Our Call Center Team: Our Call Center is made up of approximately 20 dedicated individuals who are passionate about helping members improve their financial situation. Unlike many organizations that are moving toward automation, we believe in the value of real human connection. Our members call because they want to speak with a knowledgeable person who can listen, understand their situation, and help them find solutions.

What You'll Do: As a Call Center Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our members by:

  • Providing exceptional service by phone, chat, and digital channels.
  • Listening carefully to understand members' needs and identify opportunities to improve their financial situation.
  • Educating members about products, services, and financial solutions that may help them achieve their goals.
  • Assisting with Online Banking, Mobile Banking, account inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Solving problems and resolving member concerns with empathy, professionalism, and critical thinking.
  • Collaborating with Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Meeting service and member education goals while contributing to overall team success.

Hear From Our Team: "Working in the Call Center is incredibly rewarding because every day brings a chance to help members build financial confidence and save money. It's more than answering questions – it's about educating, empowering, and making a positive impact on someone's life."

Our Ideal Candidate: You don't need banking experience – we'll teach you that. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, think critically, and genuinely enjoy helping others. The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Enjoys solving problems and finding solutions.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently.
  • Takes pride in educating and helping others make informed decisions.
  • Enjoys learning new things and continuously developing their skills.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Why Join Qualstar? Be part of a financially strong, not-for-profit organization focused on giving back to its members.

  • Career Growth Opportunities: We offer multiple advancement levels within the Call Center, allowing you to grow your career based on your performance, development, and skills.
  • Hybrid Work Opportunities: After completing training and consistently meeting performance and member education goals, employees may become eligible for hybrid work-from-home opportunities.
  • Incentive Bonuses: Earn monthly bonuses averaging approximately $100.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Generous medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and other valuable benefits.
  • Retirement Security: 401(k) contributions made on your behalf, plus matching options.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy predictable schedules and occasional six-hour Saturday shifts that are paid as a full day.
  • Flexible Holiday Options: Receive six paid federal holidays plus five additional holidays that can be taken as floating holidays or worked for double-time pay.
  • Paid Time Off: Vacation and sick leave designed to support your well-being.
  • Additional Perks: Employee loan discounts, free parking, casual dress code (jeans and tennis shoes are welcome), a game room, quiet room, and a latte maker.

Ready to Apply? If you're looking for a career where you can build meaningful relationships, solve problems, educate others, and help improve people's financial lives, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us about yourself and what excites you about helping others achieve financial success.
